Due to the nature of our skill-based competitions, all entry fees are non-refundable once a competition entry has been submitted.
By submitting an entry, you confirm that:
You understand and accept the rules of the competition,
You have answered the skill-based question to the best of your ability,
You are entering voluntarily.
If you accidentally enter a competition multiple times or believe a technical error has occurred, please contact us immediately at [[email protected]].
Refunds may be considered in the following rare cases:
Duplicate payment due to system error
Unauthorised transaction (subject to verification)
If a competition is cancelled by Glory Competitions for any reason (e.g. not enough valid entries), we will:
Refund the entry fee in full to all participants using the original payment method or an alternative method agreed with you.
No refunds will be issued if:
You failed to complete all required fields,
Your free entry was disqualified due to non-compliance with the rules.
Attempting to reverse or dispute a valid competition entry payment (chargeback) without contacting us may result in:
Immediate account suspension,
Legal action if fraud is suspected.
